Welcome to St. Sophia Elgin Greek Fest

 The Plaka Hours of Operation are:

• Thursday, June 4th Vendor Check-in at 5:00pm; Booth Set-up until 9:00pm
• Friday, June 5th Noon to 10:00pm-Open for Business
• Saturday, June 6th Noon to 10:00 pm-Open for Business
• Sunday, June 7th Noon to 9:00 pm Open for Business 

• Indoor Small Booth: 10x5 or 50 square feet - 1 chair - 1x 6' table - $250.00 rental fee
• Indoor Medium Booth: 10x10 or 100 square feet - 2 chairs - 2x 6' tables - $350.00 rental fee 
• Indoor Large Booth: 10x15 or 150 square feet - 2 chairs - 3x 6' tables -  $450.00 rental fee

All vendors are housed inside the hall, with air conditioning. No extra tables will be available for rent, please plan accordingly. It is imperative that you, or a representative, be there at all times when the Plaka is open. Empty and/or unattended tables will be disassembled by our grounds crew. I appreciate your cooperation in keeping our Plaka looking appealing to our visitors!

An incomplete application will not be considered. A completed application will contain all information filled out correctly and the correct payment amount.

Due to popularity, you must return your application prior to May 1. Applications will not be accepted after this date. 

Priority will be given to those vendors in good standing that have participated in the Plaka in years past. We encourage you to submit your application early to secure your desired space. We cannot fully guarantee that there will not be duplicate items, please plan accordingly in the event this happens. 

Vendors will be notified if approved or not and provided with a payment link if approved. Your booth fee is non-refundable. We will contact you if we have any questions for you.
