Dear Prospective Vendor,
April 2024 It is that time of year again, only a month early! Preparations are underway for the Elgin- famous St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church Greek Festival!
This annual Greek Fest event averages thousands of patrons. As in previous years, the festival will feature homemade Greek food, authentic Greek dancing and musical entertainment, delicious Greek pastries, and more! Live entertainment is scheduled throughout the weekend.
There is also plenty to do for kids of all ages. Spread the word, The Fun on 31 and North of 90 is Back!
We are honored and excited to have the opportunity to coordinate the Greek Fest Plaka again. The Plaka is a well-known, important part of the entire festival. Vendors enjoy the success they experience and the new clients they acquire from this event year after year. Festival goers will once again have the option to dine indoors amid the Plaka. New this year, vendors may choose to set-up their booth space outdoors! Please see the event dates and times listed on the application.
Due to the popularity of the rental of booth spaces, we will only accept vendors that are able to participate in all three days and at all hours of the festival. Please forgive us for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and thank you in advance for your support. Please see attached for more information including the 2024 Plaka Vendor Application.
In Christ,
Artemis Kamaris

You are responsible for bringing tables to display your merchandise as long as they fit within your space.
No extra tables will be available for rent, please plan accordingly. It is imperative that you, or a representative, be there at all times when the Plaka is open.
